The complex consists of two small blocks. Each block has both one and two bedroom apartments designed over two floors. The complex has a spacious 12m communal pool surrounded with fully landscaped green areas.
The apartments are raised on columns to accommodate car parking and male and female changing rooms with showers. The apartments have been carefully designed with layouts giving privacy to the bedrooms and bathrooms, whilst in parallel making the living and kitchen areas comfortable and spacious with visual access to the natural landscape outside.
